Haven't received tracking yet?
Custom items go through design approval and production first. Silicone molds and bar mats ship in 5-7 business days; copper stamps and engraved glassware in 3-5. Tracking arrives the moment your piece leaves our workshop.
Tracking not updating?
Carriers can take 24-48 hours to scan a new package. If nothing changes after 3 days, email support@amesuspes.com with your order number and we'll chase it down for you.
