How do I submit my design?
Add your product to cart, then upload your logo, name, or artwork on the product page. Our design team will send a digital proof within 24 hours for your approval before production begins.
What file formats do you accept?
PNG, JPG, SVG, and PDF. Vector files (SVG/PDF) give the sharpest results for engraving and copper stamps.
Can I order just one piece?
Yes. Every item is made to order - no minimums, ever.
Production & Shipping
How long does production take?
Custom silicone molds and bar mats: 5-7 business days. Copper stamps and engraved glassware: 3-5 business days. You will receive tracking as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Free US shipping on all orders, and free international shipping on orders over $59.
Returns & Care
Can I return a custom item?
Because each piece is personalized, we can't accept returns for change of mind - but if anything arrives damaged or differs from your approved proof, we will remake or refund it, no questions asked.
How do I care for my products?
Silicone molds and bar mats are dishwasher safe. Hand-wash engraved glassware and copper stamps to keep the detail crisp.
